My home is at 3554 Kiltie Lane in Flagstaff and was built by Clarence Bradshaw of Buckhorn Construction in 2005.  In my opinion Clarence is a home builder of consummate skill and unimpeachable integrity.  He runs a construction job with complete mastery of the sub-contractors ensuring solid protection of the building site and commendable consideration for the neighbors.  His attention to detail throughout the tasks at hand is just phenomenal.  Beyond this, Clarence has immense experience and creativity that we found invaluable as we considered a number of design alternatives.  Clarence’s advice was always sensitive, practical and aesthetically pleasing.

My wife and I found Clarence to be our ideal builder from our very first meeting.  A measure of the accuracy of that assessment is the fact that Clarence built our home while we sill were living in Wisconsin.  We visited the work site only twice, at the beginning to position the home on the lot and once in the middle to finalize the electrical locations before the sheetrock was installed.  Our confidence in Clarence has been fully vindicated.  Our home was built on time and within budget.  After more than 3 years, not a single defect of even the smallest aspect has materialized in either workmanship or home systems.
